The Oak Spindle Side Table is an homage to the English craft tradition — specifically the art of the wood turner, whose lathe-spun spindles have graced the great furniture pieces of the Jacobean and William & Mary periods. Each leg is precisely turned to create the characteristic barley-twist spiral that gives the piece its name and its unmistakable character.

Crafted from kiln-dried hardwood in a warm, natural oak finish, the table's four spindle legs are connected by an X-cross stretcher that adds structural integrity while referencing the decorative underframes of antique European furniture. The round top sits with a graceful, unforced balance above all this movement — a calm plane above an expressive base.
